Refunds and Returns

If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. Return products in unused condition and in the original packaging where possible.

 

Faulty, damaged or wrong item delivered. Enthrived offers a free replacement or refund if you contact us within 30days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team using the contact form or email customer service and provide a clear photo showing the issue. 

 

For change of mind or wrong size ordered you have 14 days to contact us of product delivery. A refund will be provided upon return of the product in original packaging where possible. Your refund will be processed, and credit will be applied to the original payment method within 10 working days of receipt

 

You are responsible for cost of returning the product. Unless the product was faulty, damage or wrong item delivered. Please read our returns and refund policy for further information.

 

Please contact us for the return address. Details will be given upon cancelling and a return requested.
