To play, simply spin the game arrow to indicate which part of the body you will attempt to take out! Be careful though -Rex the dinosaur doesn't like being tickled and will start shaking! If Rex starts shaking the player must drop the item back into position. If the player is successfully takes out the part without Rex shaking then the player scores a point and keeps the item. The game finishes when all the parts have been taken from the dinosaur. The winner is the player who collects the points around the operation board.
